RC Rotary's Feeling Lucky! Card Tournament to Benefit NMS
We are hosting a fundraiser for North Middle School students so they can  travel to Washington DC for a once in a lifetime experience.   We look forward to making a great contribution to their effort and having  fun with Rotarians, family and friends.

Join us Saturday, March 25th at 6pm at the Tinder Box, 518 7th Street for a card touranment for men and women!  Cash prizes will  be awarded and we will have light food and cocktails.

Bus to Spearfish Polka Event!

On Saturday, April 29th , we have a bus to take Rotarians to the Spearfish Pavillion for Beer, Brats, Bingo and Polka!  It's great to support other clubs and this is a very fun event.  If you would like to get on the bus and ride down with us (while not worrying about driving home!) let Martha know.  There is limited space so don't miss this fun adventure!  The Bus leaves around 4:30 pm!

Stuffing Bears for Kids!

Mark your calendars to help us stuff bears and create "birth certificates" for an adopted class of first graders through Big  Brothers and Big Sisters.  The bears are a great reward for the kids to encourage them to keep working on their studies.  We will present them to the kids!  We will meet at the Rushmore Hotel on March 17th at 6:00 pm!

Attendance
REMINDER:

As you know, Rotary International significantly relaxed the rules for attendance with the local clubs.  Our club has always been respectful of each member's conflicts that arise from life, work and leisure from time to time.  However, our speaker chairs take great care at arranging great presenters for us and we owe them a full and captive audience.  Additionally, the business of Rotary takes everyone to achieve. Whether your part is setting up the room, attending meetings regularly, planning events, or even taking attendance it is important that we all contribute.  Thank you everyone for being "present" to make Rotary work for all!
2017 Four-Way Test
 2017: The 4-Way Test

The 4-Way test contest is underway at South Middle School. We have a new partner this year.  The middle school children will be writing essays to describe the importance of our four-way test, with the pillars of honesty, fairness, goodwill, and practices that are beneficial to all.  We look forward to reading their entries and giving out the prizes for the students.
